A well drilled next to the house supplies the water needed for the automatic irrigation system and for further watering, and you can even wash a car from the garden tap.


PLANTS
The garden was re-grassed in 2021 after a complete soil replacement . The 12 sycamore trees that have grown huge over the years and the 33 planted Leyland cypresses ensure the privacy of the garden. Huge pine trees and several fruit trees also attract birds, so we can enjoy their graceful flight close to people in every season.

TRANSPORT

FERRY SERVICE
Szigetmonostor is connected by a busy ferry service to Szentendre and Leányfalu's border area, as well as Dunakeszi. The settlement is also accessible by passenger ferries from Gödöllő and downtown Szentendre.
 

ROAD ACCESS
Although the Megyeri Bridge passes through the administrative area, it does not have an exit to Szentendrei Island due to environmental protection reasons. Therefore, the settlement can only be accessed by road via the Tildy Bridge in Tahitótfalu.
 

HIGHWAYS
You can easily reach the capital through Danube bridges such as the Árpád Bridge or Újpest Bridge. By car, you can quickly leave the city via the M0 ring road or use the 11 main road along the Danube if heading north.
 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
These destinations can also be conveniently reached using a combination of train and bus services.
